Just another day for me
As twilight scatters, in a better way
I look to the sun hazed in mist of absurdity.
Clouds bathe in golden splashes,
Sky breathes blue 'neath sprays of orange-red.
Another splash of colors for the world.
Another flash of hope for the mortal.
Another dream to desire for the optimists.
Just another day for me.
Then I look towards you, still un-woken
And whispered my love in your ears.
Your eyelids shivered taming the trouble.
You could not believe me amid a rush of thoughts.
Mine wasn't another withered name
And I was not sleeping;
To tell you again with flowers.
Alas! You and I could not meet.
